THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO USE SALTS:

Let the hot water run for a short time, while creating a steam atmosphere.

Then reduce the water temperature

Moisten your body, take a small amount of the salts, and gently begin to the spoliation your entire body.

This way is to remove dead cells and relax.


The way your body and mind have more benefit is:

Prepare everything for the occasion.

You can use candles or a dimmer light to create a more relaxed atmosphere. Also, you can put on relaxing music, or other type of music that you like at medium or low volume.

Fill the tub. We recommend that the water is hot, so that the pores of your skin open and absorb all the benefits of salts.

For a bath, you will have to pour the entire contents of the jar. Do it when the bathtub is at medium level, and pour them where the jet of hot water falls, they will dissolve more easily.

While it may be tempting to quickly dip into a hot tub and dry off, the length of time spent in the tub will determine the success of your detox. Most recipes call for soaking of more than 20 minutes. 

You need to give those impurities time to float to the surface!

When you have completed the recommended stay in the water, gently wipe off your skin and drink water. Give your body time to recover from the strain of detoxification. That will enhance the benefits and enhance your well-being.

As another example, lavender oatmeal is the base ingredient above plus lavender essential oil and oatmeal. The charcoal foot scrub soaps are pretty scrubby so please keep that in mind when ordering that I called them foot scrubs. Your deserve to look fresh, clean, and radiant.
